||This report is specific to the needs of a single client who does not require the level of information contained in a "Limited Appraisal, Summary Report." Typically utilized in a lending situation supported by a "Strong" credit package, LTV of 75% or less and / or property value less than $500,000.

|Limited Appraisal : Summary Report
||This is a summary narrative appraisal which uses one of the three approaches to value. The approach used is the strongest of: Market, Income or Cost Approaches. Typically utilized in a lending institution supported by a "Good" credit package, LTV of 80% or less and / or property value less than $800,000. (Normally 12 to 20 pages in length.)

|Complete Appraisal : Summary Report
||This is a narrative appraisal that provides greater detail than the "Limited Summary" to the subject being appraised. This report incorporates all applicable approaches to value: Market, Income or Cost Appraoch. Utilized in a property value range of $800,000 to $1,500,000. (Normally 30+ pages.)
||$1,500 to $2,000
|Complete Appraisal : Self-Contained Report
||A "stand-alone" report containing an area analysis and detailed explanations of all adjustments in the Market, Income and Cost Approaches. Utilized in property ranges that exceed $1,500,000. Normally 75+ pages.)
